Probably at that time you'll think it was just a technology that may pass the time and wouldn't be able to surpass our expectations and it's easily to forget it and I wouldn't disagree coz probably I'd be in the same boat. Well, fret not I don't think it's the end of it.

Most people are narrow-minded especially those who don't read the White paper bitcoin completely they just hear it will only be made into a joke, there are also many games in the past that can generate bitcoin and I also still remember how with just Telegram can generate bitcoin easily, but most people don't think long and just think it's a coin like a coin in the playground or like a token in general.

Those who regret it must be a lot, but what, don't be too much, before everything goes too far let's start a new journey with bitcoin today, it will not be different only the price and the number of bitcoins that we can have only decimals for today if you have small money.

Only you can answer all these questions from your mind.  Regret is a part of life, back then Bitcoin was only emerging and you are focused in your study.  Forgetting about Bitcoin simply shows that it is not your priority.  You only mine because of curiosity and probably thinks that it is the easiest way to earn money and when your thought is not met, you simply abandon the idea and move on with your life.

Now that Bitcoin grows in value, we think back then when we have all the opportunity to get it at a very cheap price but then we don't because it wasn't our priority and does not think that it will grow massively like now.  We can still participate in the Bitcoin economics, we can start by purchasing BTC little by little or use the method called Dollar Cost Averaging.  Bitcoin is for the long run so it is yet late to start now.

Many people have had similar experiences, learning about Bitcoin relatively early on but not realizing its importance at the time. They later regretted not taking advantage of the opportunity to buy some Bitcoin when its price was very low.

I also had a similar experience, but we shouldn't despair or think it's too late to invest in Bitcoin. There's still plenty of time, although it certainly won't be the same as investing in Bitcoin's early days.

Good question for the OP to answer, and it's fair to correct what they wrote above. The OP only wrote an if, but you've already explained the process and it's clearly impossible.

I see EQ present in the OP's mind when he writes this, and we can conclude that his EQ has dominated his IQ, meaning he has a desire and hope to invest in BTC. Anyone can and has a place here as long as they believe this asset has the potential to continue investing in the future.

The regret in every mistake of human comes later after the occuring event , human life is full of mistake but correction is also a tool to human mistake, if the person in questions can peak up after realizing it's mistake some errors of life can be corrected. This your issue happened to many this is as a result of indicission over a particular thing. Indicission has a way of depriving human what would have benefits them in future, is course by lacking what future hold as knowledge about future is infinitesimal over that particular thing, hard it been you hard the knowledge of today you would have taken the risk , in my opinion many said that any time one wake can be it's morning. it's not too later if you takes opportunity by accumulating within your reach, it will make difference from some one that lack the knowledge upto date.

I think the reason why you didn't keep some money in bitcoin is because you didn't know the value of bitcoin by then because if you know that bitcoin will become something valuable and very important you will have keep money and buy bitcoin and become rich today, it is not your fault and you don't need to blame anyone for what has happened because it was destined that you won't have it. Everything happens for a reason, and no matter how brilliant you are, if you are not destined to do or have something, it will never happen.

You are not alone in this regrets my brother. Yours is even better, you tried to mine, even as a student with little resources. What about someone like me that had the money but still missed out painfully?

I'm sure that you would give it a better try if you had the opportunity, and you could be one of the Bitcoin champions today. So don't regret it much, and always use the constraints to console yourself. For me, the mining efforts with just a tiny $0.50 is no encouragement as well, so blame yourself less.

Almost everyone here has that kind of story here, we know about Bitcoin in it early years or at least when the price is just around < $1000. But we would never know that it will grow this big, and there are people who sold it early because they think it's a fad.

But moving forward, we have our regret story. Yes, you and many of us here could have been millionaires. However, we can't really go back in time and save Bitcoin so that by now we are rich. But we still have time though to invest, maybe we will not be as rich as what we wanted, but still a profit is a profit.

Yeah a lot of us have that same story we know about bitcoin back when it was super cheap but no one really thought it would explode like this some people sold too early thinking it was just a passing hype we all have those if only moment but hey we can’t turn back time what we can do is learn from it and move forward it is not too late to invest maybe we won’t become millionaires but a good profit is still a win.

Just like price target of 100k being reached, new targets of 200k and 250k are where everyone thinks price will go, meaning even small investment today has huge chance. Most best way is to stop looking back and start Dollar-Cost Averaging which involves purchasing small amounts at regular time, even when price goes down, to get most amount of Bitcoin when price finally rises to those high goals.

The Dollar cost Averaging technique would be the best for anyone who wants to consistently invest in the coin and project without having to break the bank and for the op, I already told him not to be bothered about that has gone and now focus more on what is yet to coming but coming.
No one is late in the industry as we speak and no one has no obvious reasons not to invest in the coin except you do not believe in it and I do not want to believe that someone would spend over 3 months here on the forum and still not be interested in bitcoin.

You forgot about it simply because it was worthless at then based on your own story. I believe you wouldn't have forgotten about it if you had spend huge amount of money and time to mined it. Look, it's natural to feel regret in a situation like this but you should view it from another angle. You're only regretting now because the Bitcoin price skyrocket all this while. You'll be excited for not saving your money on it if it were to be like altcoins eg Luna. The table could turn and you might be one of the poorest people today. It's a two edge sword with pros and cons. The good thing now is you know about it value now and you can invest in henceforth.
