Do you love a hobby? That hobby becomes a job that you love? Then you will feel happy because of the work you want.

With a job that you love, I don't think you will complain much even though you spend a lot of time and creativity there, but you will be happy because of your own love.

A job that you love? It can also be because of the environment and friends around you so that work becomes at home so that it is not easily bored.

Is work a pressure on you? Maybe that's the only job available right now.

Sometimes turning your hobbies into work doesn’t mean you’ll enjoy your Job, let say for instance you’re a tailor you just make clothes for yourself and one day you just come up with the idea to make it your Job , then different challenges will come, you’ll start to wonder if you can meet up or you’re not getting enough rest / sleep.
Remember you loved your hobby but now it has become your job, you’ll face one or two challenges

But if you can accept the challenges waking up to keep the routine going without most stress or anxieties. Your job because your passion, everything little or big help you render make you feel good or fulfilled.

Actually if examined further about the work we like when it has more demands it will feel heavy too, bored, bored, tired and so on will be felt too, I don't meet a few people who work according to their desires, At the beginning they feel happy and very excited but if it is done in the long run when their income does not experience growth they think that no matter the job they like or not the most important thing is to be able to get more income, those who work in the field they like will also make comparisons with other people's jobs that provide greater benefits because they are not satisfied with their work even though it is a job they like.

I have experienced a phase like that, where I am happy to do a job that I basically like but over time with a stagnant income it makes me rethink how I can get an income with a higher salary value, many options that I have done and what I did was change companies but fortunately I still work in the field that I like only with higher pay.

But with what you said I agree, we will eventually look at the amount of salary or income so it will make us able to leave the job we like.
For example, now I work in the field that I am interested in and one day there is a job offer with a bigger salary, most likely I will take it, moreover, my needs have also increased so the income must be balanced.

Of course this is human math in general, they will look for anything more they can get from their work, seeing many cases like this so most likely the average person is also like that, there are some people who have idealism but that is only a few who continue in the field they like to earn income. Yes in the course of life work is a support, the longer life and family the greater the needs that must be met, on the other hand also the cost of living is increasing, people will think how they can earn more so that their needs and desires can be obtained, yes of course looking for a job that can make more money even though they don't like it.

Its really difficult to find a great job especially in my country, finding a job is already a tough work, because even after you graduated your gonna need to work a whole lot just to land a job, take note that this is only just to find or to land a job, but finding a job with a good pay, with a good environment, the job that you want, the job that you love is going to be a different thing as well. It is common here in my country to have a low-paying job, plus you're going to get the work of like 5 people, since its a competitive market as well, most companies here locally are going to hire someone that could do multiple jobs since its going to save them money for sure, so it was really commong here, I even expereince it myself on my first job when I graduated from college.

In my experience loving your job is way deeper, and its depend on you how you see your job, I mean we have differenct perspective, probably some people are going to do everything just to get on your position, but on the other way around you feel like its a huge work and very difficult, but if your going to have the different view on it, your gonna love that job and do everything just to keep that job, your going to do a great work most of the time right. Personally, for me, jobs give us a purpose and teach us a lot more about ourselves. I would say that they develop us into a different person.

Still, there are always limitations, even though it's a great job and you love it, it still needs to pay well, since doing what you love or doing your best should be compensated, since it's what you do to survive.

My job motivates me to study and upgrade myself at every given opportunity because it's one field that is constantly evolving. My job requires consistent research and personally I love research.

Yeah all that is true but without the payment being something you can work with. I bet you won't had love that job. The payouts is one of the major reason people love their job. As far the payout give you a decent income then you don't have a choice but to love that job.

It's only on rare cases that the payment mightn't be good but because of the other benefits that you're getting from that job, you won't have any option bit to love the job. There's a popular saying that if you aren't doing what you love to do for work then love the job that you're doing.

Look for one or something special about that job that you'll love and slowly you can start enjoying your job. The fact that what happens in the field or the world of work when we are already working may not be that simple.
What you are saying is quite good but such motivational words sometimes will not be fully accepted especially when qualifications where education strata, appearance and many aspects of work are taken into account and often people with low economic standards will always feel the same way where they work not based on PASSION that you mean because they work as a job demand where when they don't work then it could be that they won't eat that day.

So for good motivational words as a reference given in work is just a wishful thinking because in reality those who work (in the lower economic strata) will only be considered and seen as a means to survive the life they do.
Whether they love their work or not they don't think about it the most important thing is how they can earn money and be able to eat tomorrow.

This is realistic for the current economic conditions. We will always be required or willing to make our conditions better and one way to realize this is by the way we manage to get benefits in work and it is certain that the bigger the salary we get, the better it will be which makes us switch and always look for the best job in terms of salary regardless of whether we are comfortable with it or not.

Now, everyone is required to be able to make conditions better in the midst of an economic onslaught where inflation continues to occur and is increasingly felt, making us inevitably have to be able to struggle at least to support ourselves and of course looking for the best job in terms of salary is clearly necessary.

It is true that we work for the purpose of earning money, no matter how good or easy the work is, if you do not get comparative money, then it becomes very difficult to work with concentration. I remembered one thing my teacher told me that if you want to achieve success, then never consider any work small or neglect it, if you are patient, you will gradually achieve success. You can't compare a job that you have passion for and the job you are working to just earn a living but when you are working in a job you have passion for even when you feel tired the passion you have for the job keeps you going so you will see it as fun. No doubt the job is there when you are working daily in a job you have passion for you can't get weak once you enjoy your work.

This is quite a dynamic topic of discussion because this has to do with what you have passion for and what is fetching you money which is not enough for you to take care of your basic needs. Doesn't matter you love your job or not because there are thousands of people who are doing their job for the money because their family need money and they are working hard for their family and they are doing 16 hours or work because no other person is available in the family to support them but we know that in Western countries trend is different and every person is doing hard work for the family and most of the people are not rich because things are very expensive and they need more money to pay bills and to give rent of the apartment in which they are living.That is looking like good statement because there are few people in the World who are happy with their job but most of the people are doing hard for the family only.
