When I go to a grocery store, I usually (but not always) make strange noises. For example, I could meow at the cashier repeatedly. I sometimes hiss like a cat but I do not hiss very often. Sometimes I make owl noises. I like making animal noises in the store. I also say things like "wheah wheah wheah wheah wheah wheah wheah wheah" repeatedly. I try to sound like there is something mentally wrong with me. I have not always done this, and I do not know whether I will do this in the future, but for the time being, I am making such noises at grocery stores. I try not to be too loud. For example, if I barked like a dog, that would be too loud, so I usually don't bark like a dog unless a dog is barking at me. I started doing this because I was an unhappy customer, but now I continue to do this because it is fun. Don't judge me for doing this unless you try it. Because when you do, you won't be able to stop for several months.
Why am I telling you about this? Well, it is funny when someone makes meowing noises and stuff.

Yeah, that tracks.
Have you considered that might be just your way of willingly ostracize yourself in eyes of others, because you are afraid that society is ostracizing you anyway for the reasons you don't accept, or understand, so you rather make it to be seen like an issue that you are controlling?
That's a long shot, but i can't see anything wrong with making noises, if it helps you let out some steam or expressing your feelings. And i am certain that you need that, as you didn't seem angry at all in this post. Social unspoken norms are overvalued, and mainly for people who rely on them rather then communicate and be themselves.
