A few days ago, a friend mentioned that a certain slot game might have been compromised, making it easier to hit the multiplier or trigger scatter shots. I didn't belived it, so tried the game . Usually it was hard to hit a scatter shot, but that day I hit 3 scatter shor in just 10mins of spinning within couple of spins. This last maybe 10/20 min , I actually don't recall it clearly.
They should halt the operation, rectify the issue, and compensate the winners. But if they decline to pay the gamblers, that seems to be a problem. Some casinos refund their bets without providing any compensation, which is unacceptable.
It is just like if we make mistakes, they don't even refund us, which gives us the right also to claim our win despite the problem on their site.
There should be fairness on both sides because a mistake by the casino is not a mistake of the gamblers (and vice versa). If the casino considers this, then they have to pay all winners while addressing the issue.
