Drinking enough water in our every day life can bring so many health benefits to us, and water plays an important role in our day to day activities as we use water for during, washing, bathing etc.

When we take enough water, it helps to clean up impurities from our internal body organs and keep them in a healthy condition.

When you take enough water, it will help to sustain the healthiness of your skin and prevent it from dryness.

Athletes who drink enough water are full of energy, as water can enhance the activities of an athlete, and their are some strains that are caused by dehydration of the body, so when enough water is being taken, some of these injuries would be averted.

When you take enough water, the risk of stomach blockade is reduced, ejection is made easy, and taking enough water gives room for proper food digestion too.
And drinking of water can can help increase your mental alertness and put your sense of reasoning in a better condition.

Benefits of water intake is not a rocket science, it's one of the health tips that anyone should have at the tip of their fingers. Am not saying it's bad to remind people of these things once in a while but I'm thinking that many people knows about this already.

Instead of still telling people about simple known topics like this, we should think about topics that is not well known by a lot of people here and then talk about it, and not still dwelling on well known things like this one.

The problem you listed, Dehydration leads to poor skin health(Dry and rough skin),digestion issues(Constipation). What can  be done to provide the solutions to this problem?
1. stay hydrated. I see a lot of people who will prefer to finish eating before drinking water because they believe that drinking water before and while eating, will occupy a reasonable amount of space in the stomach giving little room for food , instead they eat first before drinking water(Vice visa). But gluttons after eating, there will be little or no room for water, forgetting that water is as important as food. During the metabolic reactions(Metabolism) in the body, food molecules is broken down into  simple and absorbable form(Digestion). This process needs water to function and when there's lack of it, water contained in the food you ate(Including saliva) is drawn by the body to continue it metabolic work. This therefore makes excreta difficult to pass out to the outside world.
2.  Educate people: Let them know the importance of always staying hydrated, we are supposed to drink 1 to 2 glass of water every morning before the days activities.

I agree with you, it indeed a simple topic that people should know and other topics like "Effects of deprivation of good sleep", "Kidney health", "Effects of cholesterol to the heart", "Social media addiction and the health complications that comes with it" All these are health talk but in health matters, nothing is really simple because lack of this simple practice of drinking water can add up to a major problem. The point here is, awareness or people should always be reminded that this simple things when neglected, can make up complicated issues

I disagree with you on this one.reasons been that they are so many people in the world who died in the cause of not taking much water in their bodies.beacuse they are no educational awareness for them to know the benefits of water in the body system.
Country like Africa country so many people have died of this.
In a country like Nigeria now basically from the Northern part of the country they are not aware of the information about importance of taking enough water because many of them hardly visit the hospital to know about this from the doctor's.now how can you tell me that almost everybody knows the importance of taking water in their system.you know it doesn't mean not almost everybody knows about it
That's why you see some nurses in rural areas given information about the important of water and the kind of water people should drink, and plenty water should be taking.they are people here who does know the importance of taking a enough d think about topics that is not well known by a lot of people here and then talk about it, and not still dwelling on well known things like because they see them self as when they have eaten something else and take a little water it's okay for them but not knowing the truth about the important reason to take enough water.

That's why you see some people who don't like taking enough water because they believe that it will make them weel too much or give them dissatisfaction most importantly in an office, occasions so by this reason they see taking much water as no importance to them.
So to me I'm in an opinion that let the awareness of importance of water be given serious attention here for those who did not know about it to know that and saculate the knowledge to the rural areas and here too.

Water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen, it's importance and benefits can not be overemphasized. Water is used for so many things in our day to day life. Taking enough water can  sustain one for days even without food, this is why it is said that water is life. Taking enough water will make the skin to glow, enough water intake help in digestion and circulation, it also help to calm the brain and reduce high temperature. Taking enough water gives strength to the body, increase body weight, help the body to relax.and increase body fitness. Taking enough water will help to detoxify our body system. Hence, taking enough water is beneficial to our body and lack of it will make the body uncomfortable and lead to sickness. To be safe, take enough water, water is life remember.
