This is one of the reasons I don't use bank transfers when it comes to transacting outside the local network, but am sure this will be processed definitely and just hope OP didn't mistype anything when making payments as mistakes happen..
Try to double check everything is correct, possibly check your account maybe money could have been reversed.. and for good measure if no reversal happened, contact your bank on this transaction incase funds went to a suspense account or anything in those lines.

Money has been debited from my bank account i have transaction record available money has been debited from my bank but i didn’t receive in bc game I already visit my bank they have shown me transaction and statement that transaction has successfully paid I am waiting for update from holydarkness sir .

Do you uhh... happen to perhaps send to other casino and/or do another transactions at a close time, if not exact similar time? My contact returned with report from the merchant that the fund can't be credited to your account as they didn't receive it, the transaction were already claimed by other merchant. From previous experience with similar case, it happened due to double-spend, or kinda. You deposited to two simultaneous casinos, and the transactions were claimed by the other casino.

I don't think they have it, as I am somewhat sure the other merchant will want to protect their details, not to mention that it's quite a possibility that the merchant in wor with BC doesn't even know the name of that other merchant. I imagine, from their side, they just got a notification by UPI [or whichever initials that your payment system assign to handle transfer of funds] that their request for fund got declined as the payor [you] send the fund to other entity. But let me try to inquire to my contact. Just in case my assumption is wrong and India is so open with personal information for banking transactions.
