I believe you signed up between the fortnight period which is why you get more activity than 14 per every 14 days. Activity updates every 14days which is usually Wednesday you signup date could have been a night to activities updating date which makes it a bit complicated and you fall under those few members who get more activities in a short time than the other.. I might be wrong but that’s what i understood from the above statement.

All you need to rank to the Junior Member status is 1 merit and 30 activities. You can see it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0. Your confusion lies with the fact that you are miscalculating an activity as though it were a day. This is not a regular daily count.

An activity is not a day, even though it is calculated based on a 14-day period. That is why a few days post could count the whole 14-day activities for you. It all depends on the days of posting.

In addition to what you have posted, if someone registered an account today and post 14 posts today, his activity will count 14, but if he continues, the number 14 days per 14 activity will begin if the person continues to post. Which means 15 posts and up will not count again until till next 14 days.

To add to this, OP registered and made a post on November 25, which is just before the next activity period based on the spreadsheet. This means that he was able to collect 14 potential activity for that period. The same thing happened to me too because I registered on August 6.

If I am not mistakenly your activities increase every day with respects to 1 hour difference and it counts you would always see it on your profile, for instance; since the activity increase every single hour and you didn't exceed 14 post per day then it would follow the sequence to increase, and if you can be able to post at least 1 post above then account counts every hours but if you post above 14 post per day then they would wait to follow the days activity increase. If you look at my profile the activity usually increase every single hours because I am not posting above 14 post per day.

OP registered on Tuesday 25th November 2025, a fortnight to wednesday which is the day that activity mostly increase by 14 which is to say that OP has 16 days left to make it 30 days and of course 30 posts and 30 activity + at least 1 merit to become a Jr. Member rank. But what has surprised me is how the activity still keeps increasing above 30 when OP has not spent up to 28 days in the forum. Maybe more explanations might be needed from hilariousandco.

It's because there has been 3 activity periods since OP registered. He can reach a max of 42 activity in this current period and then it will stop increasing. There's already an explanation for this:

★ You only need to make at least one post in each activity period to be able to collect the activity at a later date. For instance, you could make one post in three different periods and you would then have 3 posts and 3 activity, but a potential activity of 42. Once you made the 42 posts you would then have 42 activity but no more. If you made one post in 35 different periods you would then have 35 posts and 35 activity but a potential activity of 480. That means you would be a Junior Member but if you made the full 480 posts you would instantly become a Hero Member.
★ If your post count eclipses your activity by 14 or more then you will only need to make one post in the new period to get the full 14 activity. For instance, your post count is 200 but your activity is only 28. To get another 14 activity you will only need to make one post in the new period and you will then have a total of 42 activity.

OP registered on 11/25/2025 17:52:10. Keep in mind that we can only get a maximum of 14 activity points every period. Let's break it down into 3:

• Period 1: From the time of registration to 11/26/2025 18:00:00
   - OP made 5 posts. At this point he had 5 activity, and a potential activity of 14.
   
  
• Period 2: 11/26/2025 18:00:00 to 12/10/2025 18:06:40
   - OP made 26 posts. At this point he had a total of 31 posts, but activity is capped at 28. To collect the excess activity, he only need to make one post on a new period.

   - OP made 4 posts so far (at the time of editing), bringing his total posts and activity to 35. He can reach a maximum of 42 before the next period (12/24/2025 18:13:20).

His understanding of how activities works is actually different from the way it is actually. A minimum of 16 days can make one a junior member if he has a minimum of 1 merits within that period and has made a minimum of  30 posts and reaching an activity of 30 also.

Making a post a day to when a current activity day count will end and start a new one the following day which starts on Wednesdays, that means he has already activated 14 activity of that week and will get to activate another 14 of the new week. At the end of the 14 days activity of the new week which brings his total activity to 28, with just one post added, it’ll automatically add up the number of posts he has made over 28 but not more than 42 posts. The activity by then will be capped at 42, so even if more posts is added more than 42 posts, until a new activity is activated will it automatically counts and add up.

Something like this, yes, but you forgot to factor in the time from the spreadsheet. Each activity period is not exactly 14 days:

Apparently , the activity changes every 1210000 units of the UNIX timestamp.

This equates to 14 days , 6 minutes , 40 seconds.

Since you have learn the reason why your activity was pump up for you to reach Junior member in short which is due to the the fortnight period you register your account.

I can understand your frustration regarding the activity. It's not too complicated, as you are thinking. From where you get the quote, you should read that thread carefully. There is your answer if you can understand. I post the quote part below, from which you can understand pretty easily. You just need to understand Fortnite; ask Google or ChatGPT if you are not getting it.

Can I get more than 14 activity in two week period?

No. However, you can technically get more than 14 activity in a fortnight if you sign up in between periods, but you can't get more than 14 activity in a fortnightly period. For instance, if the period starts on a Wednesday and you sign up on Tuesday you can get 14 points on Tuesday and another 14 on Wednesday providing the period has started. You will then have 28 activity points but won't be able to get any more until two weeks' time when the new period starts.

So here would be the possible calculation: according to you, only 16 days passed, but now you have 35 activities. You joined on 25th November; it's possibly the last day of the 14-day period, so you got the chance of 14 activities. The next day, start another period of 14 days, which means you get another opportunity of 14 activities. You made enough posts for this activity, and you got it as well since two periods are gone. So after the second period, the third period has started, and you have got another 14 activity opportunities. If you make more posts from now, you will get up to 42 activities until you start another period. That's actually how you got the advantage. In these 16 days you got the three periods of the activity that is called 'fortnight'. Remember, even you made thousands post, the activity will update each period automatically.
