It seems there is no interest in this - revoked.

I'm here to introduce an interesting new lottery - a lottery where you buy tickets with BTC, but if you win, you get GH/s! This is an awesome way for newbies who want to start mining to have a shot at starting their mining career extremely cheap - and to add to that, it's provably fair!

Tickets are 0.001 BTC. You can buy as many tickets as you like, but you must pay transaction fees and your payment must be a multiple of .001 BTC. Send payments to: 1LvtrmcudpZydoo84zUjMBedreUvy863pL

To make this provably fair I will hash (with SHA256) your tickets in the following way:

Address received from+Ticket Number+LBAAT secret

So for instance

1LvtrmcudpZydoo84zUjMBedreUvy863pL1037210d6c4d89163f6a15089df38baec8884c69e26f8 6ffab9094b97c0332f802b before being put through SHA256.

Where LBAAT secret is 7210d6c4d89163f6a15089df38baec8884c69e26f86ffab9094b97c0332f802b, (your amount of tickets bought) ticket number is 103 and address is 1LvtrmcudpZydoo84zUjMBedreUvy863pL. LBAAT secrets can be found out once the time for the drawing of the lotto is reached at https://lbaat.net/ by selecting the correct date and time.

The hashes will then be sorted in alpha-numerical order (such as in this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322067) and the top hash will receive GH/s.

My fee is 10%, which I believe is quite reasonable for the work done to calculate all the hashes, organize the lottery, etc. The winner will receive 90% of the BTC sent to the address for the round in GH/s, rounded down to the nearest whole GH/s. You will receive your GH/s on https://cex.io/.
