Best Mining Pool for Users with Higher Hash Rates

Howdy fellow miners,

For those of you with higher hash rates, say 30-100 Mh/s or more...what are your recommendations for the best mining pools that would cater to your mining power? 

I use Wafflepool by default with my GPUs and gridseeds but was curious about where you may go with something more beefer.

Almost always, the answer is P2Pool for high hashrates. And you should run your own P2Pool node, too, to help the network!
