There are only around 1'150'000 accounts who joined the steam group, and if at the end each account made 10 coals average, the odds are still pretty normal for a lottery.
Said this, I would pay 120 SK CE / 1 TF2 Reclaimed equivalent in bitcoins, wich for now is around 0.07 each
