For those of you who have watched "The Profit", if Marcus Lemonis were to buy MtGox for 1BTC like that investor group is proposing, what would he do?

I'll start...

Overhaul the website in multiple languages
Update the logo
Disrespect the current management
Offer to pay customers back their stolen BTC over the course of the next 2-4 years

I would be very interested to see this.  Good idea.  Someone should bark this up his production companies tree!

Change the name? (not just "Gox", but a totally new name) ?
MtGox is a famous "brand", but the negatives are HUGE.

It's a tough call on whether to change the name, imo.

$400+ million (or whatever the going rate is now) is a lot of money to try to "pay back".  Cheaper to just start your own new exchange.  And I am sure there is a lot of investments out there that are less risky.
