Latest news from BFA(Boao Forum for Asia 2014) which is being held right now in Hainan, China, President of PBOC(central bank of China) Zhou Xiaochuan pointed out that Bitcoin is more like tradable assets or collection( like stamps) rather than payment currency, Bitcoin is not generated or started by PBOC, the issue of PBOC banning it or not doesn't ever exist.

Right after the news, Bitcoin price soared up 20%.
