RAM based Coin?

This would be the coin of the future, EVERY computer has a decent amount of RAM and it is super easy to upscale. Since RAM is already being produced by major companies, no investors could come in and make super powerful RAM sticks for super cheap like ASICS did to bitcoin.

Every person in the world could have a shot at mining this kind of coin.

Does it already exist? If so what is it? If it doesn't someone should make this ASAP

How could a Ram stick mine... thats like USB sticks mining... how would it even work.

Clearly it would be an algorithm that just uses a lot of RAM

We have that, high intensity mining uses nearly 3 gigabytes.  This is why scrypt asic was a long time coming as ram is harder to make cheap copies of on a circuitboard.

Also see the scrypt N protocol as that uses more ram I believe.    Just in laymans terms Im thinking of a bitmap picture and a jpeg, they vary vastly in size but the output can be very similar.  An encryption based off purely large size does not appear to be unique or secure as required?
