Exchanges with lowest fee?

Anyone can recomend good exchange with lowest fee on Withdrawal?

Poloniex? They have low fees for wd , I don't know another exchanger except polo which have low fee for WD. Most all exchanger I ever know is have almost same fees

Poloniex has the lowest BTC withdrawl fee (0.0001BTC). For comparison, another good exchange, Bittrex - 0.0002BTC and Cryptsy - 0.001BTC

Dogecoin: Bittrex 2 DOGE vs Poloniex 1 DOGE
Litecoin: Bittrex 0.002 LTC vs Poloniex 0.001 LTC
Stellar: Bittrex 0.002 STR vs Poloniex 0.00001 STR
Monero: Bittrex 0.1 XMR vs Poloniex 0.2 XMR

As you can see, mostly Poloniex has a lower fee than Bittrex.
