Ok, so my greendot account has been blocked because my transactions. I trying to charge card on outside US merchant.
So, card has blocked and they just want verify.

How you working here?
- I give my greendot data for you verification when you call greendot
- Call greendot and make my account eligible for make new transaction

How you get $50?
- When card has unblocked, so I can charge card. Sure?
- So I send money to your paypal account. Charge from my greendot card.
