I use http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/. It's multi-purpose, and now includes torrents.

I used limewire in the early 2000`s, then went to use utorrent.

Before limewire it was called kazza or something.

The amount of people using uTorrent disturbs me...

Don't think that torrents by their nature are handled by the NSA but your right that is quite the impressive number
Even though I don't use it on my main but have it installed on other units
I guess I'll make a note that Vuze accepts bitcoins

Believing in Bitcoins and it's ability to change the world

It's both closed source and it shows ads in the client. I believe at least one P2P network was compromised by its ad system, but I forget which. Not to mention, if it's closed source AND they're willing to put ads in to make money, what ELSE would they be willing to put in to make money? I use Deluge or qBittorrent.

Yes, on newer version, I still use 1.6.1 cuz is the best no ads no search just place torrent file n enjoy.
