Am I completely missing something or not seeing something, or is there a way to view threads started by yourself? I'm not too sure if SMF has this capability.

If not, would it be possible to add a "View Your Threads" link or button? Maybe underneath "Show new replies to your posts.".

I could copy down the links for each thread, but it would be easier to see which ones are updates. It would be easier for people who handle more than 20 threads.

There's currently no feature to do so, but I agree it would be very beneficial. You could suggest if in the new forum subsection.

Their is a 'show new replies to your posts".  At the top of the page.  That would be your best bet to find the info your looking for IMO.

I put a thread in that section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=588055.new#new

In all honesty it could be implemented rather easily. All the button would do would be to do 1 mysql query and display results.

With the addition of any replies from posts and not threads. To be completely honest, I don't even care if the "View Your Threads" button shows new responses to your thread(s). Even if it just listed every single thread, that would be fine as well. Looking through every single post of mine to even find a thread not copied down has become a pain within itself.

You can also look into all the threads on your watchlist..  That should help you find the thread if you're having trouble doing so with other methods.
Got to watch list and click on watch board..  that may help you if you remember to watch the thread.

True. That would work. May be a tad-spammy, but nonetheless.

Button would be a better solution though. I may just throw together a Google Chrome plugin/script which will save threads urls when you make them, and place those on a page on the site (Locally hosted).

Well there is another way not mentioned yet.

There is a Bitcointalk.org "clone" -> www.bitcointa.lk.

You can search for a member and view his threads Smiley

Members -> search member -> Information tab -> Find all threads by *this_user*

Then you can copy and paste a name of the thread and paste it into "search" button here on Bitcointalk.org.
You could use bitcointa.lk to post in there - as even mods think this is OK to do it, but I don't like the way Bitcointa.lk looks and works.
