Namecoin-QT Problem?

Im trying to install namecoin-qt wallet client. I downloaded the .zip file and unzipped it and i can run namcoin-qt.exe but how do i install it? If i try to run namecoind.exe the cmd window pops up then close immediately. Is there a way to install it so it shows in my program list like multibit,bitcoin-qt and litecoin client?
