I have contacted BTC-e's support 6 times in the past week, and I'm still waiting on a helpful reply. I can't withdraw ANYTHING from my BTC-e account; I can't withdraw fiat or cryptocurrencies. Whenever I click on ''withdraw'', a red error message shows up at the bottom of the page:
''Denied for your account. Please contact support.''
I've contacted support, but they replied only once with a standard message which was based on the subject of my ticket, not on the content/my specific problem.
What is going on here... ? I've read some disturbing reports from people who lost access to their account, even though their account had top notch security. Am I about to experience the same thing? I have a lot of money on BTC-e...
