Does someone scammed you on this forum?
No never but so many people tried to scam me since I'm on this forum.
Scammers are multiplying as cryptos are getting popular and noobs are very easy prey.
what about Freetrade and his MemoryCoin debacle ? you figure that counts ?

I forgot about this one but I don't think that it was designed to be a scam.
There is a lot of pre-mined coins, this was similar.
It didn't really turned into a scam but a huge failure.

Anyway it was really shit and on the edge of a scam.

Why the fuck do you take money out of people before your product even exist ?

How to stop a scam for dummies :

- Altcoins section
- IPO
- Noob account
- Noob account investors
- No proof of any work
- No proof of skills from devs
- OP only posting about how much money he received and stress you to send before the IPO end

Basically this is a good thought. But another way to view it is just to not trust people that you have no reason to trust. Remember it's real money we're handling, and it tends to make people greedy and prepared to scam others.

you don't know how it worked then lol
it had nothing to do with a premine in any way shape or form..
if i have to explain how it worked it's gonna take a while and none of us want to read that
and the dev knew this.. which is part of the reason why it was so crafty i think.. making sure it was complicated with minimal public info put out.
so guys like you jumped on it but had no idea what you were actually even jumping on..

his voting system was nothing like a premine..
and no offense but YOU were his biggest supporter and even YOU don't know how his coin worked ? that is sad man Sad

who the hell would trust a damn IPO in the is shit coin scene anyway ? are you guys brain damaged ? seriously wtf Huh?

That's true I didn't know how it worked. I could understand but I didn't care. I was only interested on a pure CPU-coin because I bought a 4CPU rig and I wanted to get back my investment. MemoryCoin seemed to me the best choice and I've got overexcited.
It turned out the algo wasn't made for my CPUs so I gave up. Later my RIG got damaged and I stopped mining since and I am no more interested into mining.

Of course the best scams are the scams you don't understand. If it is complicated enough then, it can run forever.

On this thread I want to point out the obvious scams, the scams with IPO + noob account. They are so obvious but yet, every time people fall for it.
