I am looking for someone to make me a 7-letter vanity address (case insensitive) using the split-key method.  Another forum member (BitPhotos) tried for a week on his GPU but couldn't find one.  We had agreed on a price of 65 mBTC (but I am happy to pay fair market value although I'm not sure what that is).

Does anyone offer a service to quickly make complex vanity addresses using the secure split-key method?
