Well if you have no idea where to start imho you shouldn't start.

anyway you can use services like this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=632917.0 when you get common "shitcoin". Nothing extra, but if you want to learn something with it, marketee it or try to scam some people it is great

If you are programmer (which I doubt) you can even create your fork of any existing coin
