Duelbits Scam: Account Closed and $15000 of deposits and $3000 of Winnings Gone

What happened:
I started playing on Duelbits on 7/23/2024 and have since deposited a total of $17,000 and withdrawn $2,000. Everything was fine until 7/31/2024, when I discovered I could no longer make a bet with the message "the account is suspended". I then contacted support and was asked to provide KYC. I completed KYC and 24 hours later on 8/1/2024, I was informed my account was closed and my balance of $18,000 was completely zeroed. This includes $15,000 in deposits which is my own money and $3,000 in winnings. They provided no explanation except a generic "violation of ToS". This is completely absurd as I was almost down 10k the day before and as soon as I deposited 7k to chase what I lost and managed to get back to just above breakeven, my account got closed and everything got taken away. It's one thing to not credit the $3,000 in winnings, but to take away $15,000 of my own money is a complete scam. This is unacceptable.

Attached below are screenshots of my deposits and withdrawals history, as well as when they zeroed my balance. I also attached screenshots of the conversation with live support. Apologies for the hard to read screenshots in Notepad; I could no longer log into my account but I managed to export the chat before I was logged out, so that's why I am taking the screenshots this way.

All of it matters!!! They're citing that he violated the ToS and his gameplay matters. If he did sportsbets and it was some kind of match fixing crap or something, they are within their rights to ban his account or whatnot. If it was all slots and blackjack or something like that, then he couldn't have violated their ToS as far as gameplay.

Regardless, it's weird that he automatically was ok with losing his winnings but wanted his deposits back. An innocent person wouldn't submit so quick IMO and take the loss.

Only played a few sports bets, most of it was casino. For the casino, I played mostly blackjack and their originals games. I am not able to screenshot bet history because my account is closed and I can no longer log in.

Of course I would like the full $18,000 back, but first and foremost I just want my original deposits back since it was my money to begin with and it's a way bigger amount compared to the winnings. It's completely unacceptable not to even give my deposits back no matter what violations they think I have committed, which they still have not explained besides copying and pasting a generic response about "violation of ToS".

did you read the ToS after you created your account and before you made a deposit?
if you did you should have known your mistake when support informed you about the violation you committed.

I am sorry for your big loss, I am not sure Duelbits will have a policy to refund your first deposit. you are playing with quite a lot of money, I am sure you are not a newbie gambler, you must be quite experienced with gambling.

I have to agree that the explanation is a bit vague and the decision to confiscate all of OP's balance seems a bit too harsh, given the very little explanation regarding it. I've been trying to reach their representative to get one case resolved, let me notify them about this too and see if they can give us more context.

There also have some fixing matches on there, especially on small match cups or leagues. In stake, I remember they locked someone account cause the user make fixing match and followed the flow process transaction as well to the player. Usually, these match fixing could be in small league or type bet (table tennis) like being held in Russian (small league or cap) with unknown player (not famous). These kind of match it's always have some potential match fixing.

There has some speculation those organization who are held the match, can see how many money in the pools match...... < but just speculation.

Only the casino can explain that and holydarkness must have contacted duelbits, hopefully there will be an answer to this problem soon.

Anyway, from the screenshots above - I see the OP got the Daily Leaderboard Prize +2000 and that's the first prize with a total daily wagered definitely above $1M/daily.
And when I checked on duelbits, OP could also win the Weekly Leaderboard Prize of 2500 this week with a total wagered of $1.5M++
OP, do you often place bets with a large amount at small odds in sports betting and duelbits original games?
It's just my personal opinion, I think the OP's problem is related to or caused by this daily/weely leaderboard prize.

Nope it's not about those prize. If @OP don't have allegation about (Multi-Account) usually it's because betting activity while after winning.

• Sportbet Winning: casino looking some abused, abitrage activity, or the worst case fixing match (especially in small league or match).
• Slot Winning: jackpot winning, some of game provider have progression jackpot (once user hits these) usually is gonna to trigered into casino and asking verification to game provider.
• Live Casino Winning: I just recently discover, even these game have real live (and everythings solve during live like void bet or miss dealt) casino & game provider can make game provider check of your activity.

These are mostly the problem, will trigering KYC and check.

Yeah its not about the prize but perhaps the platform considered/accused the OP abusing that bonus - that is why I asked about his bets and the odds.
Need lot of bets even with $15K per bet to wagered $1.5M in less than a week, and based on his explanation:

I notice that you won frequently on the Duelbits tournament and I’m pretty sure your violation is related to that. You probably involved on counter betting or arbitrage betting with multiple account to farm wager quickly in safe manner while you take profit on casino promotions and tournaments features.

I think the support message can be interpreted like this. And your losses the other is nothing if your bets on the other account is winning since you will just need to deposit again and continue what you are doing on gathering wager.

In normal user perspective, you seems a legit player but with support hint it’s impossible for them to accused something without basis.

To answer your and other people's questions:

1. I don't think it was related to fixed matches or anything of that sort, at least not that I am aware of. I placed a total of maybe 5-6 sports bets and have wagered less than $1,000 on sports. If it was really fixed matches that I was unaware of, it's simply an excuse to scam me out of my deposits because I have deposited 15x more than what I wagered on sports.

2. I did not place sports bets at low odds or play originals games at small odds. Most of my wagering was done on blackjack. Even if I did do this, I fail to see how this warrants closing my account and seizing my deposits as nowhere on their site did they say that betting large amounts at low odds (which I didn't) is against their ToS. At most they can call it "wager farm" or something like that and take away my winnings but give me back my deposits.

3. I did not use multiple accounts to do any sort of "counter betting or arbitrage betting". As mentioned above, most of my wagering was on blackjack. I don't think counter betting is even possible on blackjack. I was down close to $10,000 the day before they closed my account. I deposited $7,000 and got it back, only for them to seize everything including the $7,000 I literally deposited less than 24 hours ago.

For the Duelbits case above it’s criminal to take deposits. Duelbits must return deposits.
