Please, anyone knows any program or setting that makes android increase the refresh rate of the screen, decreasing flickering?
It makes me sick  Lips sealed

Which version of of Android you are using?

Settings may also depend on your Phone Model.

Give some more details so it would be possible to help you.

Sorry, I almost forgot, my phone is this, Blu studio C mini with Android 4.4.2

is your android device rooted if yes try screen resolution changer.
