🔹 Who We Are Looking For (Roles & Responsibilities)
All roles support remote work and cross-timezone collaboration. Initial contribution is unpaid, with equity or revenue-sharing negotiable after MVP.
A. Core Technical Team
1. Smart Contract / Blockchain Engineer (1–2)
Design, develop, test, and deploy core contracts.
Skills: Solidity/EVM languages, OpenZeppelin, Hardhat/Foundry, DeFi/Launchpad experience preferred.
Time commitment: 20–40 hrs/week.
2. Frontend / DApp Engineer (1)
Build investor interfaces, project submission flows, wallet integration, and dashboards.
Skills: React/Next.js, ethers.js/web3.js, basic UI/UX.
3. Backend / Fullstack Engineer (1)
API design, KYC integration, database management, admin dashboard.
Skills: Node.js, MongoDB/Postgres, REST/GraphQL.
4. Security / Smart Contract Audit Consultant (0.5–1, part-time/outsourced)
Provide contract security reviews, penetration testing, audit reports.
B. Business & Operations
1. Project Manager / PM (1)
Coordinate development, schedule, partners, and investor communications.
2. Marketing / Community Manager (1–2)
