Will there any downgrade in the speed of this machine in future?
for how many hours I can run this machine continuously?

how many days it will take me to mine 1BTC?

Its not profitable anymore sry to say but only big players do some profit atm. If you buy a rig, its already unprofitable when it arrives.

I recommend mining some altcoins with gpus the old way And if it becomes unprofitable too, sell it as gaming hardware
