Are we supposed to believe in a system that every single time it faces big interests (BANKS and Big corporations) favours them instead of people?
Actually I think we should think HOW to make our weakest link (merchants) resilient against prohibition and anticipate their move.
I think the worst problem would be protect them from fake consumers sent to check. All the other problems are already being fixed software wise.
