I can not recommend their services, I had them for a month and my VPS went down twice in a 30 day period. Also, I had a positive balance on my account and was told "We can no refund wHMCS credits.." They will take your money but will not refund any positive balance. Stay Away from this service.

Could you re-open your ticket linking to this post, and explain the situation to us? We are not aware of this and normally refund people when they ask so.
We monitor our servers closely, and if your server went down it's probably not our fault as we use state of the art network and hardware.
All nodes have never been rebooted since deployment.

OP definitely need to get this sorted else i don't think you will be getting any business from here also its not at all a good sign for start , server going down thrice a month

I had two VPS there, too. Relatively unreliable - AND very very bad response times from "support"... Definitely not recommended.
