Popped over to CoinWarz today for the first time in about a month or so and I saw that they have added a number of new Hashing function calculators for some algorithms that I have never heard of (X11, Keccak, Groestl, etc) Does anyone know of somewhere that has, or perhaps can briefly explain themselves, the differentiating characteristics of some POW functions? My searches have turned up some information, but its usually coin-specific, and some of these actually employ up 5 different POWs at the same time. Just wondering if there is a known reference guide that I was unaware of.
