If the post is significant enough to where it was probably started before the previous reply was posted, I tend to give it a pass, I do look at the post times. Otherwise it does send up a red flag about that poster, and I'll take a closer look.

IMO, MZ, I know it's not your job, but maybe it would be more constructive to send them a PM warning them that they are spamming instead of reporting/creating a thread. I'm pretty sure that these people don't want to hurt the forum, they just are tempted by the big post money bit-x has to offer. I'm pretty sure that they would abide by the warning. If they don't, then they deserve to be banned, and should be reported.

I have said it earlier. I didn't create this thread to tell about RD965, I gave it as an example. Repeating, "please don't discuss about the person, discuss about the post".

I will try to tell if I find any. I have told a few people but they didn't listen.

If the post is significant enough to where it was probably started before the previous reply was posted, I tend to give it a pass, I do look at the post times. Otherwise it does send up a red flag about that poster, and I'll take a closer look.

Thank you, BadBear!

Ah, OK thanks. I guess if it ever happened that it wouldn't hurt to edit the post a bit before pressing "post" again - i.e. perhaps add an analogy that might explain things in a better way, etc. so that it brings something new to the discussion.

I have seen members who are warning everyone in the currency exchange section. Same words which are rephrased in every thread. They say PP transactions are reversible and tell the buyer and seller to be careful. My question is that when he/she is not interested in the exchange then why warn to just increase post count?

I think people warning of potential scams - especially ones involving PP - is ok but maybe not if that's all they do and it's obvious why. A user was called out recently for repeatedly just asking if sellers used escrow every-time but I'd take them on a case-by-case basis.
