I have a Seasonic X-850.
I have been running this in my garage on 240v, just fine for couple of months.
Due to the heat in the garage, I was trying to move my rig indoors where I only have 120v.
When I plug it in and turn it on, I hear a click, the fans start to spin then immediately shut-off.
After fiddling with it for a while, I moved it back to the garage and plugged it into a 120v 20a circuit, where it ran fine for another day.
Then went back inside to a 120v 15a circuit and had the same problem again.
Since the 850 is 1/2 the 15a circuit (at full load) im not sure why this is happening or what I can do about it.
Im sure the circuit is not already loaded, it services 3 bedrooms which weren't running anything at the time I tried this.
Any suggestions?
