Updated: this is about outdated version of cloudbot, the up to date version described here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4437855Let me introduce my small, but very useful trade bot for
BTC-E and
Bitstamp. The bot has few general advantages from others:
- It works on a cloud. It means that you don't need to run it on local computer of your own. You don't need to support it and make it works 24h. You don't needed to download and install patches and new versions. You can do what you want and at the same time the bot will trade for you 24 hours per day 7 days a week!
- The base setup is extremely easy. You may not known anything about trading, but bot can trade for you! When you buy a subscription, the bot will start to trade with default strategy parameters which are good to trade. Another word, you can start to earn money without reading tons of books and articles.
- The bot can't loss money. It's impossible. The strategy of trading doesn't allow that.
- Bot can work in many pairs (for BTC-E).
Few words about strategy. When the bot starts to work, it get LAST (current) price, calculates and set a list of buy orders, each of them is cheaper than LAST price and than previous order. At the same time volume of each order is bigger that previous one. So, bot starts to buy and if cost raise down then bot will buy more and more. When any buy order is executed, the bot set up sell (fix) order to sell what it have bought. If the next buy order is executed, the bot recalculate fix order - so, each executed buy order cause that cost of the sell order became lower! The bot do the same until fix order is executed. After that, the bot starts the new cycle - set up a list of buy orders and so on.
About control of the bot. You will have access to the bot control panel, where you can adjust a numerous of strategy's parameters and, additionally, can restart cycle (recalculate buy orders) at any time manually. You can supervise bot's actions by watch to your BTC-E account.
Finally, the bot was tested for some month and for now have worked in production more than two months, so it is pretty stable. There is Russian topic you may be interested in if you know Russian (
