HELP: {AntMiner S1} TOO High HW error

Good day to all miners,

I purchased my first AntMiner S1 & got it work smoothly but my problem is I'm having a too high HW & more rejections.

Is this normal? or I'm having a misconfiguration? Any suggestions to lower my HW ratio?

That's a 0.34% HW rate. It's nothing.

Did you re-tighten the heat sinks?

Did you re-check the power supply?

Just enjoy the 0.0012 btc your S1 is bringing you every day.

I didn't touch anything & it's in stock settings.

My PSU is CS750M & only mined 0.0093btc @ multipool.us

Any recommended pools?

dont use multipool.us they have big mining fee

use eligius.st, ghash.io, polmine.pl or other one with small fee and merge mining coins

Do I need to replace my 750w PSU even though kill-a-watt reads at 376w only? I won't OC for I'm in a testmode so far, also don't want to void my warranty.

Try to do an hard reset, i had the same problem with an ant, and after a complete reset it turned again extremely low HW error count (1-2 per day).
