ERROR message in debu.log

I'm currently solo mining and I keep seeing this in my debug.log.   Is this and issue.  Thanks.



ERROR: CheckERROR: CheckProofOfWork() : hash doesn't match nBits
ERROR: CheckBlock() : proof of work failed
ERROR: ProcessBlock() : CheckBlock FAILED
