What version of windows are you running?  Do you know where your appdata folder is?  Delete everything except the wallet.dat in that folder.

Are you running 0.7.6?

backup wallet.dat (save it to somewhere other than "users/*username*/appdata/roaming/shibecoin/" (win7) or "documents and settings/*username*/application data (hidden file)/shibecoin" (winxp))

close shibe client
delete everything in shibecoin folder
load shibe client
let it sync
close shibe client
cut and paste old saved wallet.dat into shibecoin folder (there will be a new wallet.dat already in shibecoin folder, replace it)
load shibe client

tada.  by the way, DO NOT lose your original wallet.dat.  Kiss any coins you bought with it goodbye if you do.
