Normally payments can take anything from 1-6 hours, however from time to time, we do unfortunately encounter delays in posting deposits onto accounts.
This can be as a result of external factors with our third party payment processor, blockchain.info, where delays can occur due to heavy traffic volumes through their servers, or hold-up's within their external processor itself.
From our side, Client deposits are automated on our Internal Systems, with funds being posted to user accounts almost immediately upon receiving them.
Looking at other deposits we've had over the last 24 hours, there does seem to be a few that are taking longer than expected;
between 20-70 confirmations, with one where its taken as much 90 before reaching us.
Rest assured that the moment your funds are sent to us, they are safe and will be posted to your account at first instant.
We advise you to keep a check from time to time. If you still do not see anything within the next 6 hours, then please get back to us.

to me this is bull. i dont believe if they use blockchain that the api can be this bad.
I think i found btx.sx via blockchain. i only sent a few hundres $$ but still annoyed i did not sent less, like $50.
