Parse and point of sale script Need Porgrammer

Need an app the will parse a set of address and send an email if one if the balances have changed.

Also the app needs to  take the $USD value from a shopping cart order, convert it to litecoin, create or post a receive address
and  corresponding QR code and publish them on a web page with a "good for 10 minutes" timer to take payment.
