Tagmining.com -- support link broken

I updated my account settings and it logged me out and locked my account:
Unable to login: Account is locked. Please contact site support.

Click on 'Support' and I get:
This product comes 'as-is' without any warranty. Please check the Apache License, Version 2.0, for details.

Attempted password reset via email and never receive email.

Really?  Where is ny2cafuse?

Ok fine, its your board, your rules.

Evidently I have to post a load to this board, wasting lots of peoples time, before I can PM the one person in charge of Tagmining who will solve this in just a few seconds.

I have the same problem. I mined few coins and a TAG my account was locked.
When I try to log writes: Unable to login: Account is locked. Please contact site support.

I want my account back. I did not break any rules.

maybe theres too many pattern attempts to connect anyway you guys should contact the admin directly
