I doubt that he is trying to scam you. It simply wouldn't be worth tarnishing his reputation for such a paltry amount.

Edit: I'm a pro-Trader on LocalBitcoins.

One of two things is true:

1. There is a genuine problem with your payment and the matter will be resolved.
2. You're trying to scam him or damage his reputation.

He isn't trying to scam you.

Why would he scam you for such a paltry amount?

He has an established profile and trade history. Do you? You created this profile just to make accusations?

This is exactly the thinking that allows nexusakachus to continue scamming new people.

He has been making a nice profit making a scam here and there (sometimes for hundreds of bitcoins) and still maintaining enough reasonable doubt that he can go after the next guy.

There is some juice on his old scams here:

He is already banned here (what a feat) and has the worst possible reputation in btcjam but continues going strong on localbitcoins. It is funny there because sometimes you see negative feedback of someone screaming bloody murder there that eventually gets removed or washed away.

He will continue while people give him the benefit of the doubt.

Do share with us here what you have to give to the police. Thank you!

Could use fresh information on this guy for some procedures. Especially exact current legal residence and whatever else anyone might have.

Thanks!
