edit: if you say " it is not possible" i have to say: "no, it is"
i would deposit some btc to that service as a security and the service would at the same time offer interest on deposit of altcoins so people would deposit their alts there which i could then lend for short amount of time (sel, buy back later and give them back + small fee). Pretty simple.

Hello.

If you would like to sell while you are naked is best
that you go into a nudist camp.
There all the people are naked and without clothes  and
therefore they can't hide anything from you while doing any business.
Maybe it would be also worth do some buying in similar places

Even more correctly – most likely you won’t be able short other alts, for quite some time.

Since cryptos are pretty much entirely unregulated you'd be hard pressed to find a "broker" with confidence that all of his altcoins are going to be around for years and therefore feels confident lending them out to people.

But they certainly wouldn't have any reason to be confident lending them to you since you specifically stated you wanted to "naked" shortsell coins. For those who don't know this implies he has no intention on ever buying them back for the broker.
