You might have seen my complaining about a PXC withdrawal issue from Coins-e on September 4th, 2013.  Got some coins for a crazy good price and tried to withdraw them to my Cryptsy account, but they never showed up.  I filed a few support tickets, only to be met with a response of "We are working on it".  This made me quite angry as they were implementing new features and adding new markets during this time, so it was kind of hard to believe that they were actually working on my problem.

They recently tweeted about their 1 year anniversary, so I decided to reach out publicly and see what could be done after filing another support ticket.  I received a response within a couple of days saying they would credit me with the average trade price of that week for PXC, and that they have hired more developers and support staff to improve on their service.  As far as I can tell, this is completely true...

I received my BTC back this morning and I am a happy camper!  Grin

If Coins-e keeps stepping up their game, it could be a great exchange I think...

Good to hear someone has been made whole cos they have a list of coins tat suddenly without warning or a chance to remove any of them got frozen and put into maintenance, Its been that long i cant even remember how long but a whole heap of my coins got locked down in that list plus a mate of mine also had coins locked unable to trade or withdraw any of them.
I have sent support tickets for many months until finally i was offered 0.3 BTC so i accepted the offer and was told it had been placed into my coins-e account, Im not to sure whos account they supposedly put it into but my account never received such a deposit.
I have sent numourous emails since then that have all fallen on deaf ears and simply ignored...
Its not a large amount of bitcoins by any means but its the fact that this issue has been pending for sooo long now and they havnt made me whole like any good business would, They continue to make promises that they never follow through with.

Its getting quite annoying and frustrating so i will start posting over here in the bitcoin forum in the hope that i they give me a little more attention as i will advertise the unwillingness to deal with simple issues that was not my fault in any way.

Another Cryptocurrency scam victim

Please come good on your promise COINS-E and make me whole so i can move on.... BTW its the same user name as i am posting from here...
