Went to the Phoenix Security B-Sides Convention today

The hands-on metasploit class was well done and the lockpick village was very interesting as I've never dabbled in lock-picking before. What really struck me was the level of quality of everything for a free event, where they also fed you lunch, gave free t-shirts (they gave me 3 since they had extras), and then more free beer and food afterwards. I've been told there are some other similar local metasploit training classes for absurds amount of money.
If any of you see them come to your local area I would recommend checking it out. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday.
