I opened an issue relating to how we can contribute to the network, which you can see at
https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/4079It occurred to me after thinking about this some more that this might actually be an opportunity to incentivize those who are running full nodes, who also were to use this concept to relay microdonations using small change and tiny txouts. I added a reference to sx tools for discussion as well as the idea of a lottery process which would reward those who run full nodes as well as periodically utilize a microdonation feature. There would be an option to support development of Bitcoin Core, possibly.
