Notwithstanding the rather likely upsurge in the value of 1 BTC in the next few days due to the San Diego Conference, what would you say is the value of Rips as an expression of the value of 1 BTC?

At the moment, Ripples have been selling at 1 BTC = 5750 on BitStamp, but nowhere else. The Rock has sold a few just over (and now) just under 8,000 XRP/BTC but what do you think? They are rising at the moment, taking Bitcoin as a relative 'constant' then, what will happen to the value of the XRP in the near future?
