Poloniex CACHE Deposit not recognized - Poloniex does not Fix it since 7 Days

Hi,

i tried yesterday to Deposit CACHE to Poloniex and it did not work out, had anyone the same Problem? Support Ticket with Poloniex is already
open, but did not get any Reaction from them as of now. (Support Ticket is 14 Hours old)
Are there Problems in general with Poloniex at the Moment?

ok, got reply from Support, nothing with Poloniex. It looks like the CACHE Block Time is 1 Block per Day atm...

Hi jadefalke,

Poloniex is running the outdated cache wallet. A hardfork occurred a few days ago, and from what I understand, Poloniex were contacted to update, but have not acted on it yet. The updated clients are running fine and PoW blocks are being generated at the typical rate.

I can only suggest that you insist with them to get their wallet updated...

Thanks for the Information, looks like they are on it, at least the CACHE Market is frozen now.

UPDATE:  CACHE Market still frozen (since Days now), my Deposit still not credited and obv. no Reaction from Poloniex Support.

Update: Poloniex is not able to fix this since 6 Days but they were able to add a bunch of new Coins + Voting System during that Timeframe.
Keep that in Mind if you Deal with Poloniex, you might not be able to withdraw, Trade or Deposit your Funds for Weeks!

Sorry about what happened to you. Never had an issue with Poloniex before, not that I use them to to much anyway...
