Well, in the past few months i bought some gridseeds and i've trying run all together in solo mining.

I download the client, add the seeds in potcoin.conf, wait for download the blockchain and after run like a server with the flag -s

after that i connect the minerd-3355   like

minerd.exe --gc3355-detect --gc3355-autotune -o 127.0.0.1:9667 -O n3rvi0zz0:password

but say don't connect with server o something like that

what Im doing wrong with minerd???

im start to think in the witches

I had to switch to CGminer to solomine.....Minerd for gridseed doesn't seem to play nice with solomining.   Check out http://cryptomining-blog.com/ for various miners for your gridseeds

What would be the reason for solo mining Potcoin any way? You will be guaranteed a steady flow of income in a pool... Our pool has plenty of gridseed and asic users: http://pot.leetpools.com

At one point I was making more from solo mining...I really don't trust most pools to pay me a fair price or to be optimized properly.  I tried that with Solarcoin too, when it first came out, and was making more solomining that coin.  Right now I just use Multipool and trade on the exchanges.
