Idea for new AltCoin.

This coin is supposed to solve the anonymity and taint issue of Bitcoin.
The idea is not yet finished I would just like to put it out there.

Lets call it LC.
LC is mined by Proof of Burn of Bitcoins. OP_RETURN of that TX could make it possible to anonymously retrieve LC.

Anyone wishing to use LC should burn half of the amount of BTC and use the other half to buy old LC. Not following this rule would make the user lose BTC because of the inability to convert his newly created LC back to BTC. If the demand for LC exceeds the existing the market will correct itself by burning more BTC.

If it gets popular the value of LC should go up since it will be more costly to create new LC because of the decreasing supply of BTC.
