The CryptoPowers Coin is about to launch.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=588155

The idea is simple.

The coin is more about user managing then it is about mining.

About a third of all coins will be kept in what is called The PowerVault.

People can submit their ideas for funding to CryptoPowers. They must also offer something in return like a share in revenue.

Users vote to see who get funding and how much. All funding in CPS.

Proceeds earned by CryptoPowers from Micro funding go towards buying back CPS.

So the PowerVault invests in crypto startups and then is always trying to buy coins back.

Coin will also be supported by a multipool and unique market place.

The more the coin is worth the more Startup funding users will have to manage.

I had the idea for a Dr Who coin called Whovian but I don't have the coding skills needed to make it a reality so I would need to hire a coder.

Do I understand correctly.

There will be about 43,000,000 coins total.

Premined 33% = 14190000 coins premined Smiley

What are your willing to spend it on?

Premine belongs to the users not devs.

Any idea can be submitted for review, then it all comes down to the vote.

Ideas need to be something that users will want funded and is good for the crypto community.

So to answer your question coins from the vault will be spent on anything that is likely to increase the long term value of CPS.
