Hey noob here!
I setup merged mining for Blake.  I'm running dual Sapphire R9 290X with cgminer 3.1.1.  I get mining to start fine but GPU 0 is showing 171.8Mh/s while GPU 1 is showing 3.3Gh/s.  How do I get GPU 0 to miner just as hard as GPU 1?

Here's the relevant settings to cgminer.conf.  Any input is much appreciated!
