Does a security owners identity matter to you?
Would previous criminal charges change the way you look at a security?
Would you be more likely to invest in a security with a background check?

Thanks just gathering some info Smiley.

Depends on the Security.

If some BTC fund manager racks up a ton of speeding tickets, it's a little concerning but I'm not going to about face on it. Same with other minor charges. Now if the guy has embezzling or fraud on his record then it's pertinent but background checks have never been a bad thing and never will be.
